Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. All products are produced by our printing partner, Printify.
Image Quality Control
Every piece of artwork being printed for the first time goes through Image Quality Control performed by our partners at Printify. Additionally, samples of each product have been received by Boomshacalaca and inspected for quality.
Reprint
If the received sample was printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, adjustments were made by Boomshacalaca prior to the product being added to our catalogue.
