Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed (paid for through PayPal) it is sent to production and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, Boomshacalaca is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Please be sure to double check your order before placing.
Replacements are only offered by our partner, Printify, on lost orders or faulty products. In order for an item to be deemed eligible for replacement you will need to provide all necessary information and photographic evidence requested by Printify. After Printify investigates, they will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements are at no cost to you and will be reshipped in the same size and color as the original item.
